3D model description

Start with a set amout of money each, roll the 4 dice, if you roll TAX one coin goes in to the TAX collection jar in the middle of the table.
if you roll a Left ( L ) pass a coin to the left player,
if you roll a RIGHT ( R ) pass a coin to the right player,
if you roll a KEEP then you pass the dice on to the next player

so if you roll the 4 dice and get- L, L, TAX, KEEP then you pass 2 coins to the LEFT, 1 coin in the TAX collection jar and the 4th you keep and
end your turn and pass the dice onto the next player.

if you have less then 4 coins left roll the same amount of dice. so if you have 2 coins roll 2 dice.

the last player with one coin wins

if there are 5 player but only 3 coins, players with coins only roll the dice no one sits out as coins get passed around until there is only one coin left.
