Airsoft KC-02 HPA Adaptor (for MP5, EVO & QRF & ShotShell magazines)

Here it is at last, my HPA adaptor for the KC-02

This design allows you to use HPA with BB's fed in using the following magazines:

• MP5 AEG magazines
• EVO AEG magazines
• QRF mod 1 magazines
• Mag type Shot Shells (new!)

You will need the following hardware (for all versions):
• Qty 3 x M2x8 Socket Head Cap screws
• Qty 3 x M2 Nuts
• 6mm ID x 1.9mm O-ring
• Approx. 120mm length of 6mm pneumatic tubing
• Push in QD coupling Plug for 6mm tube
• 2-part epoxy resin

For the MP5/QRF mag version you will need:
• 2mm Diameter x 25mm Long Pin
• 10mm OD x 12mm long compression spring (0.8 wire diameter)

For the EVO mag version you will need:
• Qty 3 x M3x8 Socket Head Cap screws
• Qty 3 x M3 Nuts
• 5.5mm OD x 25mm long compression spring

For the Shot shell mag version you will need:
• Qty 2 x 5.5mm OD x 18mm long compression springs
• 2mm Diameter x 25mm Long Pin
• 10mm OD x 12mm long compression spring (0.8 wire diameter)
• Qty 3 x M2x20 Slotted Cheese Head screws

Also, the follow parts will need to be scavenged from a standard KC-02 magazine.

• Knocker Valve (from Green Gas mag, not CO2)
• Feed Lips
• Rubber diverter (the bit from under the feed lips)
• The 2mm x 29 long pin that secures the feed lips

Full PDF assembly instructions are included, I have also included an extra STL so you can print a knocker valve tool to help screw it in square (don't overtighten).

Note! This design is intended to be printed using a Resin printer, it is not really suitable for FDM printing as this printing method does not produce a solid item that can hold pressure (even at 100% infill) even though technically it will print ok, it WILL most likely leak.

Works perfectly with and recommended for a KC-02 sniper build (using the RW solid state bolt), it can be used with a standard semi-auto bolt but with so many build variations, bolt weights, spring strengths, etc it may cause cycling issues so I cannot offer any guarantee

I use my adaptor in a sniper build, Solid State bolt, and typically I get around 1.8j to 1.9j, from a 0.40g BB at 100-120 psi

UPDATE 10/12/23 : Very small tweak to position of feed lip pin hole to better line up with OEM feed lips

As stated above, this is intended to be printed on a resin printer, using ABS like tough resin for maximum strength

Note! For the mk2 version, I advise printing the connector in PLA or PLA+ using an FDM printer
