SIDE 1 PLATE AND LONGITUDINAL SMALL ARE NOT SYMMETRIC EQUAL ! PLATES HAVE ONLY ONE POSITION TO FIT!

All the new design clamps with COSTA LOCK SYSTEM... ARE NOT INCLUDED with the WELDING TABLE KIT ! You need to follow the link above and buy the COSTA LOCK SYSTEM KIT separately !

All connecting points have “DOG BONE” – specifically design for laser cut. All connecting points have a level drop, to allow welding of parts without damaging the working surface.

This design includes three sets of legs – 572 – 600 and 700mm - one for a fix position – adjustment can be made by bolts connected to the BOTTOM LEG PLATE (M16); second one – reduced in length – allowing the use of heavy duty wheels – for mobility… and a third… in between.

You are going to receive the dxf cut files only, no actual parts will be shipped.

Keep in mind that ... as flat is the surface you build your table is... as flat your table will be! Do not rush and take your time to ensure everything is square! Do not overweld! Each weld spot increase the tensions build up in to the material!
