3D model description

English:

Hello everyone! Today I bring you a handle to be able to use the jigsaw blades as a DIY blade. This handle consists of the following:

  • 2 printed parts (Handle.STL or Handle_v2.STL and Saw Holder.STL). The difference between Mango and Mango_v2 is that the first one is more robust than the second one and that the second version has my logo and an ergonomic support for the thumb.

  • 2 Screws: 1 M4x10mm Allen head screw and 1 M3x6mm screw.

  • 1 hexagonal nut M3

  • 1 hex nut M4

  • 1 M4 bronze insert

In case you have M4 hex nut, then print "Porta Sierra_hex.STL".

In case you have M4x5mm bronze insert, then print "Porta Sierra_insert.STL".

The parts have a clearance of 0.1mm, in case they do not enter well, please sand with 800 grit waterproof sandpaper.

The M3 bolt is used to fix the saw blade so that it will not have any vibration while in use.

In the pictures is well detailed the assembly of this contraption.

Greetings to all!
