This is one pose of rider and horse but in different period armors, from left to right riders: 1. 11th century caballero, 2. late 12th century caballero based on a late 12th century sculpture. 3. a mid 12th to even early 13th century caballero based on period manuscript illustrations. 4. a knight more representing the early 13th century but fitting for the late 12th as well.
The horse with full chain barding is based on a sculpture of the late 12th century church of San Lorenzo, also fitting for early 13th century, in particular for the battle of Las Navas de Tolosa (and the battle of Alarcos of 1195)
