3D model description

My designs are genuinely made by myself and protected by copyright laws.

This tire foam (insert) is a newly designed dual stage inner and outer part. These are for great holding vehicle at the angle.

There are two types of inner files, soft and firm. I recommend soft for light vehicles and firm for heavy vehicles. Also, you can choose the hardness according to your preference.

The hardness of the outer part can be adjusted according to the infill percentage.

All files are no support needed.

Size is for 1.9" x 4.75 tires

For scaler vehicle, comp crawler, heavy truck or racer

3D printing settings

I use prusa slicer for printing but can use any other slicer soft as you are using with similar settings.

Example of my printing settings
Material: TPU 95A (Overture TPU)

Inner
2 vertical shells(walls), 0 solid layers(top/bottom), 5% grid infill (Infill only applied inner side), 0.4mm nozzle and 0.24 layer height, 20-30mm/s speed. (Slower speed usually better result but it depends on your printer settings)

Outer
1 vertical shell(wall), 0 solid layers(top/bottom), 4% gyroid infill, 0.4mm nozzle and 0.24 layer height, 20-30mm/s speed, infill flow 95% (TPU 95A)
(Slower speed usually better result but it depends on your printer settings)
