ALTERATION SERVICE OR ENTIRE NEW DESIGN SERVICE

If you wish to purchase a product listed on our Cults store but desire alterations, such as changes in size, materials, or other specifications, we offer this service to customize the product according to your preferences. This service incurs a small fee of 30 Euros, in addition to the Cults platform fee.

Please note that the alteration fee covers the modification service only and does not include the price of the modified product. You will need to purchase the modified product separately.

To prevent any misunderstandings, please do not buy the "alteration job" without first contacting us. After purchasing the alteration service, you should send us the requested modifications as a message, ensuring all relevant information is accurate.

Once you've bought the "alteration job" and provided the modification details, we have a maximum of 14 days to complete your project and list it on Cults for your purchase. We will send you a link as soon as it's ready.

We will make every effort to complete your project as quickly as possible. However, if we are unable to do so and you do not wish to extend the delivery period, you have the right to request a full refund from Cults representatives.

Please note that we will retain the intellectual property rights for the new design. Upon purchase, you are granted the right to use it like any other product from our store.

TRANSFORM YOUR IDEA INTO A 3D MODEL - CNC LASER/PLASMA FILES OR 3D PRINT FILES INCLUDED

If you'd like to turn your concept from a sketch into a 3D model with CNC laser/plasma files or 3D printed files, please get in touch with us, and we'll do our best to assist you.

Pricing and estimated completion time will depend on the job's complexity. It will be represented by a set number of 30 Euro coupons (Cults fees not included).

To start the project, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining payment due upon job completion. Full files will only be released after the full payment is received. Failure to complete the payment will result in forfeiture of the initial deposit.

To avoid any misunderstandings, kindly refrain from purchasing the 'alteration job coupon' without first contacting us.

Please note that we will retain the intellectual property rights for the new design. Upon purchase, you are granted the right to use it like any other product from our store.

This design is for personal use only. For a commercial design it will be a different price what need to be negotiated before!

If you wish to retain full ownership of the new design, this should be mentioned and negotiated from the outset of the project.
