I printed in SLA 3d printer Anycubic photon mono X,
with e-sun resin.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Let’s START this product.
  • PRINT EXTERIOR PART.
  • PRINT speedometer clock part.
  • PRINT cap exterior part.
  • PRINT index line clock 2 parts and paint it Metal Chromium.
  • PRINT exterior design part and paint it Metal Chromium.
  • Tape the back side of speedometer clock part.
  • and cut the outside tape.
  • Place the back side of the product on a smooth surface, such as glass, plexiglass, etc.
  • Apply silicone around of the part.
  • Now you need resin, and you can use clear resin UV.
  • Fill the gaps with resin... a syringe would help.
  • Also a windproof lighter would help with the heat to get rid of air bubbles.
  • If you need to change colour like red in some numbers then you need resin colour.
  • You can ignore the colour resin, and after the resin dries paint the numbers you want on the back side with a red marker.
  • Once the resin is dry, sand the surface with sandpaper until it.
  • With the sanding, the resin will cloud and trapped the light. that's we want.
  • Install inside the part Aluminum tape. light reflection effect.
  • Now you need white led type, and install it.
  • Now you need clock mechanism buy one according to the needs of the size you want. If you don't scale the parts, you can take one clock mechanism, with neck size 4-5mm and mechanism size 4-6cm.
  • Measure the neck, and trace the dimensions in the center of speedometer clcok part.
  • Adjust the hole to the right dimensions.
  • Install the mechanism.
  • Assemble the parts.
  • Connect the light...
