3D model description

Nerf Mega XL Double Crusher self-ejecting shotgun shells that take 3 x half-darts (Used and tested with Dart Zone Pro Max Darts), 6 x haft-darts, and two rival rounds (works better with the blue, more accurate rounds). It also has a shell holder attachment that slides snuggly onto the top N-Strike rail.

Recommendations:
Either have a well-tuned z-axis offset or use a raft to help mitigate your print elephant foot, which can cause the shells to not self-eject. If stringing occurs inside the dart holes, I recommend carefully using a lighter to remove excess filament. After a while, though, the darts should become more accessible to push into the shells. I printed my shells with the dart holes facing down. I also don't recommend pushing the shells too hard into the blaster because sometimes they will get stuck and won't eject. If the fit isn't as perfect as you want it to be, you could always try scaling the models.

3/14/24 Update:

Thank you to everyone who purchased my designs, even though they were far from perfect; sorry about that... My old printer was far from calibrated, but now my new designs are printed on a Bambu Lab printer and should work significantly better. I went back and redesigned the shells completely. I combined the 3-dart and 6-halfDart into just one shell and added another barrel for "sniping", which doesn't eject on purpose. As always, I recommend printing them dart hole side down, except for the sniping shell, in order to reduce your print's elephant foot. Let me know if you have any trouble and have fun Printing!
