3D model description

A universal mini tripod, with a table clamp, alternatively an adapter to be mounted on a Cullmann Alpha2500 tripod.

Adapter for common microphones, alternatively a flexible clamp for action cams or even large smartphones.

3D printing settings

Printing is done with PLA or PLA+, some models need (not mandatory) support, two parts of the camera clamp (Gripper-L and Gripper-R) need mandatory (automatically generated) support, preferably only touching the printing plate.

3POD-PLATE002 and 3POD-FIX can be printed with support, with PLA or better P LA+, which supports bridges well this is not absolutely necessary.

There are two types of screws. The shorter one is needed 6 times in total, the second, longer screw only once.

It is recommended to install two nuts on the right and two on the left of the heavily loaded joints, and also two on the joint with the longer bolt. the second nuts are used as "lock nuts" to prevent the nut from loosening.

So, in total, at least 12 nuts when using the counter nuts, 7 nuts without using counter nuts.

The nuts and bolts, including the grippers for the smartphone clamp should be made "common" before reassembly, so use the bolts several times. You can also use lubricants, especially for the smartphone clamp for the threaded rod.

For the smartphone/action cam clamp, it is recommended to use thin foam rubber, for example, to increase the grip of the clamps. Simply cut out small pads from the foam rubber and glue them on.

I would love to provide the FreeCAD file, but the size of the file blows the maximum file size by 100MB. I will find another way to do this.
