3D model description

Hello. I would like to present you my mod for the axiality of the hpa engine in an airsoft replica. Due to the fact that most users use FDM printers, I decided to create a simple and functional mod for FDM printers. The set also includes a gearbox designed by me with a triggerboard.
I recorded the entire assembly process on video. It's in Polish but everything is very simple.

  • Alignment mod - You have the option to install the Jack, Pulsar, F2 engine I only need one M5 screw and one M5 nut to set the clamp rigidly (don't forget the springs, because each stretching of the hose can cause unsealing.
  1. You set the distance between the chamber and the outer barrel on the 6x2 o-rings so that the magazines fit in.
  2. Set the length of the nozzle of the hpa engine (put washers in the axial mod and either lengthen the nozzle or shorten it - in other axial mods you have a fixed length and you will not always adjust the length of the nozzle to the hu chamber. You press everything with the hp engine
  3. Install the element pushing the hp engine and determine the number of washers pressing this element.
  4. You enjoy a rigid mod for axial
  • Gearbox printed - I created the lower part of the gearbox for HPA motors, which works on a switch from a gaming mouse and the trigger itself operates on 7x3 bearings. (You feel like you're playing a computer game ;) In addition, you can adjust the stroke of each trigger so you can save money and not buy more expensive triggers with their own adjustment. The trigger plate is pulled out and you can actually move it between the replicas in the same way as the alignment mod. Of course, the set includes mounting the pistol grip on 4 clamping screws m5 and 4 screws m3x20. Everything has been checked on dozens of speedsoft games. It works and relieves the replica - the replica in the photos weighs 938 grams with F2, battery, electronics, etc. without the magazine

For gearbox you need:
-kailh gm 8.0 switch
-polarstar universal plugboard or check my schemat in galery
-2x m3x20 Clamping screw
-2x philips m3x20
- 4x nut m3

Grip
-4x m5x5 Clamping screw
-4x philips m3x20
-4x nut m3
