3D model description

In my Mazda mx-5 nb there are door speaker holes which have a sizeof 8". The speakers I wanted weren't available in this size, so i decided to design adapter houseings for 6.5" speakers. These should work with many speakers as they have the commonly placed mounting holes.
For assembly not all screwholes have to be used but because I had the hardware laying around I did anyway. The screw, washer and nut sizes are M4. The screws have a length of 35 mm.
There needs to be at least 65 mm of room inside your door to mount this assembly.

3D printing settings

I printed everything out of pla+. Bed temperature 60 degrees C and hot end temperatoure 210 degreees C. The back is the only part that needs support to print. I printed this with organic supports. The printing time for 1 speaker assembly is about 20 hours
