Radiomaster Zorro Transmitter, Hard-Shell protective case.

Retain your precious space inside your RC kit-bag-space, whilst providing strong all over protection for your Zorro Radio.

First the "screen cover" slips on, covering the LCD screen, all the top switches and dials.
Next the "gimbal cover" drops over the sticks and lanyard attachment point and magnetically pulls itself into the screen cover.

Comprised of two parts, the cover locks together with a latch and magnets and is retained your existing neck lanyards clip. This can be then be wrapped around the controller resulting in a super compact and well protected bundle for your quest to find the ultimate flying locations.

Careful consideration was given to retain abilities to easily connect + disconnect the external TX module, with the option to leave in place whilst taking the cover on/off. We also leave full access to the charge port (bottom) and data port (top) with the cover in place, and to the threaded inserts that support additional mods to the controller.

Design uses 4 x round magnets (dimensions ideally 8mm x 2.5mm, but 3mm and 2mm thickness should also work well) + superglue for attachment.

3D printing settings

Recommend PETG, but PLA, or TPU also would be fine.

Info below describes PETG process

Recommend 30% infill or greater, with a strong vertical infill pattern such as honeycomb or gyroid.

Screen.stl
Place top flat side of "screen.stl" against build plate (It should already import this way into your slicer) Supports are not required but are recommended for a cleaner join between parts. (key areas for support are switch guards and on the top face where magnets lock together the two parts)
25% or greater infill honeycomb or gyroid.
Recommend 4 perimeters for extra strength.

sticks.stl
Place bottom of "sticks.stl" against build plate and enable support. Honeycomb or gyroid 30% infill or more. at least 4 Perimeters.
