3D model description

This is a smaller design of my other vapor chambers, perfect for any maker on a budget, or for smoothing miniatures and figurines. You will only need any 1-3 volt fan, a jar, a tuna can that fits nicely over the opening, some electrical tape, a couple large heat shrink tubes, a few strips of aluminum which you could get from a soda can if you wanted, a power source of your choice, another smaller tuna can for the platform, any type of silicon based glue like hot glue, and any mug warmer that reaches 100Β°F or higher. FAN . INSTRUCTIONS 1. Wrap electrical tape around the jar opening so that the tuna can top slides perfectly, with a little resistance but NOT MUCH! 2. Use a can opener to slice of the top thicker rim part of the can's opening, this will make it easier to cut, which you should do so that the can is just short enough that when on it fully touches the top rim of the mug, but this is only necessary if the can rests on the rounded top part of the jar causing it's bottom from covering the opening of the jar 3. Make an even rim of silicon glue in a circle around the edge of the can's bottom, sort of like a light seal 4. make a hole in the middle of the can with JUST enough room so the motor can rotate freely, then glue on the printed motor covering 5. Use some thin pieces of aluminum such as that from a soda can, and bend them around the side of the jar, which you will then glue to the top, NOT THE JAR, then you can use tape or heat shrink tubes to cover the wires and the metal arm together, and your DONE!
