3D model description

Vibratory plate similar to Wacker DPU6055., Scale 1 to 12. Others will be added later.

The model is detailed and includes several parts. Some parts should best be printed of resin. FDM printing is possible though.

You will need 75mm length x 5mm Diameter aluminium tube and some glue.

Optionally, a vibrating function can be installed. You will need additionally two countersunk screws, M 2 x 10, and the corresponding nuts. And some wire and a soldering iron. Further parts are attached with example links:

Motor 1x:

Battery holder 2x:

Switch 1x:

I did not test the vibration function so far. But I will do this soon. (edit - has now been tested and works perfectly, of course it is not able to actually compact any soil, but it is a nice visual effect to see it dance on a flat floor :D )

Picture of printed model shows 1:35 scale prototype.

Edit: Added a new revision of the control beam.

3D printing settings

FDM and/or Resin.
0,2mm layer height. 3 outer walls, 20% infill. 10 bottom and 10 top layers.
