Teams That Kill 2021 accessories

If you have teams that want to kill things, here's a little gagdget to measure off their shapes, and some tokens to mark when they're hidey-widey or shooty-wooty.

Movement widgets:
Indents and raised details are at multiples of 1.2mm to enable easy multi colour layering at printing layer heights of either 0.2mm, 0.3mm or 0.4mm.
Added v2 fancy widget with larger icons for easier legibility when printed.

Tokens:
Designed for multi colour printing at layer height 0.2mm, with colour changes at 0.8mm and 1.6mm. If you go black orange black, they should be inverted colour schemes when you flip them over.

Added VP and CP and turn tracker for 2 players. Just pop 16mm D6s in the holes. Inspired by Doug's 1-player tracker here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3390003 (who, after checking out his profile, already has a 2-player tracker! But I like mine having CP on the outside for both players, rather than CP-VP L-R for both players like Doug's. Mine also has a jaunty angle to hopefully aid visibility.)

Also added a little cup for holding a D10 for wound tracking, to minimise chance of accidental knocking the dice off the relevant face you have with D10 loose on the table. Remixed from Brandon's https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3483258 to make more compact, and add a bunch of angle to make it more obvious which face is up (Brandon's D8 and D10 holder have the points almost vertical instead of a face).
