3D model description

This is a complete ON AIR sign that uses a simple USB powered LED strip to light. It prints without supports and only minimal infill is required. Perfect for studio recording. #JuneTunes

Includes the ON AIR faceplate and a blank one so you can make your own. Just recess the text 1.5-2mm deep. Deeper will make the words brighter.

The face plates are completely interchangeable. The LED carriage presses the face plate forward to keep it in place. Use a short LED strip and cut to length. https://amzn.to/3PtgL7g is one suggestion.

3D printing settings

Color effects can be accomplished without a multi-material printer. Once the face plate is printed past the bottom of the letters, swap to a solid color to achieve the effect shown.
