Shovel is 40 min print @ 30mm/s , 9 grams only and yet very strong!

Ever needed an Aerodynamic mini garden shovel in your life? Well, look no further! presenting the most aerodynamic garden shovel ever made!

Every feature in this print was designed to help make this a very smooth print and to look good while doing it.

I already have a big shovel, like a normal size store bought one, so by design this is made to be tiny, for small pots and so on.

My Hex Vase-mode plant pot in the pictures is also included with this shovel as a bonus! (2 versions of the hex pot! and a normal pot)

Also my Vasemode watering can and my 2 different size vasemode funnels,

All can be resized except for the Shovel!!

3D printing settings

PRINTING PARAMETERS:

DO NOT REZISE THE SHOVEL!! OR WALLS WILL NOT MEET!!
if you want a bigger one or smaller one, just comment and I will make one.

-Print in Spiral/vase-mode!
-Use 4 Bottom Layers at 0.2mm Layer height
-Extrusion width is set at 0.75mm, (flow increased by 10% with 0.4mm nozzle)
-Print speed depends on your printer's part cooling capability, for me I do 30mm/s

-Make sure when you slice this to make your printer slow down up to 20% for short layers, this will ensure you get a smooth print until the tip of the shovel, because layers towards the tip don't have time to solidify.

-Same settings exactly for the Plant Pots.

-Printed using PLA, should work with PETG too.

Info: at 0.75 the walls will meet making the shovel closed from up-top, so this has a hollow handle and strong shovel at 1.5mm thickness for the blade.

Info: 0.4mm nozzle can reach up to 1mm in extrusion width without issues, but will require you to dial in your flow etc...
