3D model description

Due to ongoing issues with thingiverse, I have removed all key blaster files hosted here and will be rehosting or posting an update on my Etsy shop (https://www.etsy.com/shop/meakerarms)

Thank you for your support.

I'm happy to announce my newest printable blaster, the:

#Meaker Mark 14 - Knockout-Revolver

A manually actuated snap-on revolver kit for the Nerf Rival Knockout. It has some mechanics to make the turret rotate, but YMMV on getting those consistent; doing it manually does work.

This has been tested and works well for me. Your mileage may vary.

Regarding why I've moved the hosting of my files to Etsy for a nominal fee and not here for free:

  • My files are designed to work with hardware that is simple and easy to source off the shelf basically anywhere on earth. I could make a kit for this blaster, and someday I might, but I doubt I could make it cost-competitive with buying the parts yourself.

  • I've found thingiverse to be rife with pirates, and moving to Etsy avoids them.

  • Asking for a few dollars for something that took me dozens to hundreds of hours to design, several Kg of filament to print, and dozens more hours to test doesn't seem out of line. Other hobbies (woodworking, sewing, leatherworking, etc.) and industries (architecture, interior design, landscaping, etc.) charge for design. I am keeping my fees to the barest minimum feasible for sale on Etsy and include a single commercial-sale license with them; you will pay more in filament and hardware than you will in files to build my blasters.
