3D model description

This is a combo pager motor holder and battery holder for a toothbrush based bristlebot. I used this design successfully with a large group of kids. The design will work best if two pieces of 24ga solid wire are soldered to the motor leads and inserted in the grooves in the battery holder. It will work OK if you just strip the leads a bit and stick them in the groove.

The motor I used is a Jameco Electronics P/N 2150731:

The battery is a standard LR44 coin cell which can be purchased in bulk cheaply on Amazon.com.

3D printing settings

I printed these 20 up using medium resolution on my Makerbot Replicator in ABS plastic using 100% fill for strength.
