This is a long print even on fast printers but worth the effort. Use a .3 or smaller layer height and print with the shade upside down where the top is touching the build plate. I also modify the top/bottom layers to be 1mm as this provides full support for the top. Zero infill with 2 walls is best. That's it, the rest the printer will do!
