Enhance Your 3D Printer's Print Quality with the Z-Axis Screw Oldham Coupling Adapter!

Introducing the Z-Axis Screw Oldham Coupling Adapter! Encountering the same challenge, I devised a clever adapter to align my mistakenly purchased coupling with the Z-axis nut on my printer. This 3D-printable solution is compatible with PLA but strand ideal for diverse FDM printers, including the Ender 3 and Ender S1 series. Experience enhanced Z-axis movement, improved print quality, and effortless execution.

VERSION 1.0

While Version 1.0 resolves the coupling challenge, I'm already at work crafting the top adapter for the gantry bracket. Once released, this upcoming enhancement will make installation even smoother. But you can still install it. Just need bit of tinkering.

3D printing settings

•Layer Height: Start with around 0.15-0.20mm for a balance between speed and quality.
•Infill Density: Use 100% for strength!
Wall Thickness: minimum 4 shells for strength where are holes
•Supports: Enable if needed for overhangs; use light support settings.
•Bed Adhesion: Use brim with minimum 10 lines or raft setting.
•Print Temperature: PLA: 190-220°C; adjust based on manufacturer's recommendations.
•Cooling: Enable part cooling at 80-100% fan speed after initial layers.
•Print Orientation: flat to the print surface.
