3D model description

This EKWB FLT80 pump reservoir mounting bracket is the perfect solution if you're looking to build a custom loop inside the very popular AP201 case from ASUS.

The FLT80 is one of the smallest pump res combos on the market that features a D5 pump which is suitable for the even the most powerful hardware.

Sadly, the mounting hardware (included by EKWB) doesnt allow for a neat and elegant installation inside the AP201 case.

This 3D printed mounting bracket allows you to install the FLT80 onto your SFX (non L!) powersupply to waste no space at all!

The mounting bracket consists of two parts which are screwed together using 4x M4 heat inserts as well as 4x M4 x 10mm low profile screws.

The PSU has to be relocated and mounted to the front mesh of the case by using 4x 20mm M3 brass standoffs.

The FLT80 mounting bracket is then screwed to the PSU using the original mounting screws of the PSU.

The FLT80 pump res is mounted to the 3D printed bracket with the included screws.

You will need a soldering iron to insert the heat inserts into the printed part.

Additional hardware to buy:

  • M4x10mm button head screws - quantity: 4

  • M4 heat inserts - quantity: 4

  • M3x10mm brass standoffs - quantity: 8

comes with installation and assembly instructions

3D printing settings

0.2mm layerheight (I used 0.15mm)

Minimum 20% infill (I used 30%)

Supports only needed for the pump bracket
