There is a myth about the moon in many eastern countries. In the myth, there lives a rabbit on the moon. The rabbit concentrates on pounding an ancient stone bowl with a pestle. In Chinese mythology, the Moon Rabbit lives with Chang'e in the Moon Palace and helps her make medicine. In Japan and Korea, moon rabbits are busy pounding mochi to bring joy to the moon palace.

The moon rabbit symbolizes the Mid-Autumn Festival, a traditional Chinese festival that represents reunion and gratitude. Although Armstrong, who landed on the moon in 1969, did not see the moon rabbit, this did not reduce people's romantic imagination and continued to live the traditional Mid-Autumn Festival.

Let us celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival in 2023 together and remember the romantic Mid-Autumn Festival legend.
