All models have been test printed on an FDM printer in PLA with 0.4mm nozzle at 0.2mm layer height they are oriented how they have been test printed. No additional hardware or non printed material is required.

note: UPDATED MIXER DRIVE GEAR - 6th Aug 2023, if you downloaded the files before then, please re-download the ‘mixer drive gear’ as the original part will be too hard to fit.

Print and assembly instruction for each item:

Functional cement mixer model
This model has additional print in place supports to aid in printing ease, they are designed to provide the support the model will need.
The ‘turning handle’ is print in place and should break free after printing to allow it to rotate.
I have included 2 STLs for the ‘mixer pivot arm retaining pin’ one at the correct size as per the design, and one with 4 options in various sizes. It is important that there is a tight fit on the installation of the pin, so I recommend printing the 4 different sizes option and installing the largest one that will fit.

Functional Wheelbarrow model - (see Wheelbarrow print orientation image for suggested bed layout)
This model has additional print in place supports to aid in printing ease, if you load the files together as a single model, they are designed to provide the support the model will need, but feel free to remove them and let your slicer add supports if you prefer.

I recommend adding a brim or a raft to the ‘wheelbarrow body’ as the contact surface with the print surface is quite low.
