3D model description

I cannot claim total credit for this one. I used an existing model of an M1 dozer found from cadnav.com. Per number 3 of their license:

  1. This file (models or textures) may be used in any commercial way only as a part of artwork or project. Single reselling or redistribution of this model is prohibited.

I have made a new project aimed at 3D printing vs. 3d Renderings. The model required extensive updating, changes included correcting the scale to be 1/35, splitting the model into separate printable pieces, correcting the blade width (it was too narrow), modifiing the hydraulic parts, thicking parts to make them printable, filling voids and correcting other errors which will manifest in printing.

All that being said, presented is a 3D model of an M1 dozer. This is the narrow blade version meant ONLY for the VVSS, not the M1A1 which was the wider dozer that could be used in both VVSS and HVSS shermans.

NOTE: the bow mount is intended for mounting on the three piece or early cast differentials, NOT the later "sharp nosed" differential

Parts print well and look great on a model. See the photos and happy modelling
