3D model description

GUN-UP_3D Airgun Silencer

Drawing inspiration from a well-known shockwave design, the latest GUNUP3D Airgun Silencer has been meticulously crafted to withstand the elevated pressures and air volumes generated by high-energy air rifles.

Enhanced with reinforced fins, these suppressors have been engineered to excel under high pressure and endure rugged handling, even surviving accidental impacts without compromise. Both the exterior casing and internal baffles boast increased thickness, a testament to their exceptional durability.

The interior bore features a precisely tapered cone shape, ensuring seamless airflow without compromising on accuracy.

Specifications:
Dimensions: 190 mm x 40 mm
Thread standard : 1/2 UNF
For .22 / 5.5 mm CALIBER

This fully functional suppressor exhibits a unified one-piece design that guarantees robustness, exceptional sound reduction capabilities, and consistent accuracy.

Meticulously manufactured in Ukrain by seasoned mechanical engineers.

3D printing settings

For optimal outcomes during 3D printing:

β€’ Employ a layer height ranging from 0.1 to 0.15 mm.
β€’ Adjust printer head speed to a maximum of 40 mm/sec to minimize vibrations.
β€’ Recommended printing materials: Durable PLA or PET-G
β€’ Print the suppressor in a downward orientation, with the exit aperture facing the build plate and the threaded end facing upwards.
β€’ Avoid using support structures, as the design incorporates manageable overhangs.
β€’ If your printer encounters challenges with build plate adhesion, a brim can be employed.
