3D model description

Hi this is my 3d design for venting the exhaust from a portable air conditioner through the wall. The print comprises of the wall mount which mounts over the 6 inch pipe which will need to be purchased then that needs to be drilled through an external wall. Then there's the pipe connector which you secure to the exhaust pipe by using cable ties or metal strapping which is better. Then there is a cover which you can put in place for when your not using the air con to cover the hole. All parts slide in from the top then push down. This can be printed on a normal bed size printer. I also have a larger version of this with a permanent drain on it message if interested in this and will put it on

3D printing settings

print with 20 percent infill to stop warping from the heat. The wall mount does require supports on the overhang to print. I printed mine in PLA and have had no issues with any heat problems and have been running for over a year.
