3D model description

This is a design that I made for my 5 inch drone ( steele5 fpv frame ) to fly safely around people or trees but also to fly indoor, etc. This design basically transform the steele 5 frame into a cinewhoop.

Advantages of this model :
⭐ Easy pull in and out you don't need to screw/unscrew the motors everytime you fix the props guard because it is made to be quickly put on the drone. just bend a little the 2 arms to pass the guard trough the drone arm and fix an extra ziptie to be sure it won't move
⭐ Durable i tried to hit a tree flying the drone and the prop guard didn't broke !
⭐ No vibration/jello in flight
⭐ Lightweight
⭐ Clean Design (Don't you think so ?πŸ˜…)

I spend about 10 hours designing this model to make it the best i could, if you have any recommandation for an improvement, please let me know in the comments.
If you have another drone frame let me know in the comments so i'll try to make my design compatible with it

3D printing settings

  • i recommend printing in pla+ or in petg for maximum durability
    • use tree support
    • i printed it at 20% infill but can increase this number to improve durability or decrease it to make it lighter
