3D model description

ICE CREAM MOULD:

This design is made to assist anyone who loves freezing ice-cream, juice or just about anything into a popstickle. The cap is designed to prevent any leaking to give you a comfortable and dry experience. This design can be scaled to any size you would like to suit the size of the fridge and amount of ice-cream you would like. This ice-cream mould requires no assembly as it prints directly in place making it ready to use. There is no supports needed wither as the steepest point is near 45 degrees in the upper handle which most printers can handle just fine.

3D printing settings

I would print in a dense infill as this will help prevent leakage and add strength to the design (Especially with the expanding liquid during freezing).

Recommended layer height is 0.2mm

for pla filament, print nozzle 210 degrees and bed 60 degrees.

I would recommend adding qlue to the print beds which aren't as good before printing to prevent slippage and lifting.

No supports needed

Wash the mould regularly between each use for hygiene reasons
