They are suitable for switches with an MX type stem, so with these dimensions :

• Cruciform : 1.59mm x 1.59mm x 4.7mm

Also for switches with smaller dimensions:*

• Cruciform : 1.25mm x 1.25mm x 4.1mm

Keycap dimensions :

• 42mm x 18mm x 8.5mm

And for which key?

It's modeled for the shift key on your keyboard!

There are 2 versions, one for shift keys that have a single stem, and a 2nd for shift keys that have 3 stems (1 with the switch, and 2 with the stabilizers).
