Layer Height: A layer height value of around 0.2-0.3 mm is adequate to achieve a good balance between print speed and finish quality.

Infill: 20-30% infill will be sufficient to keep the internal structure robust while saving material.

Print speed: The recommended print speed can be in the range of 40-60 mm/s. However, please note that the specific values may vary depending on your 3D printer.

Extrusion temperature: The extrusion temperature will depend on the material you choose. For example, for PLA, you can set an extrusion temperature of approximately 200-220°C.

Hot bed temperature: If you are using PLA, a bed temperature of 50-60°C should be sufficient. For other materials such as ABS, you may need to increase the hot bed temperature.

Supports: Print without supports.

Post-processing: Once the print is complete, you may want to sand and polish the surfaces for a smooth, professional finish.
