Bulka grew up in a totally dull environment surrounded by dull people with their dull rules. Even her real name was dull, which is why it was the first thing she got rid of and replaced with a more suitable one. All she ever wanted was to break away from the boredom and enjoy her life, doing dumb things like watching sunset atop a lamp post while stuffing her face with buns and waving at any passersby with her scythe in a friendly gesture. You know, the kind of stuff any sane and normal person should strive for, at least in her opinion. Alas, nobody around her shared these views, which spoke loads of their sanity if you think about it. One old lady even had the gall of chasing her away by throwing an eggplant at her that one time. An eggplant, of all things! Who throws eggplants at people? Can't you at least throw a patty? Or a croissant? Seriously, some people...

Pastries were a true highlight of her life, Bulka loved them more than anything even before she became a bread-o-mancer. If anyone were to ask how she obtained the power to conjure bread to life, she had numerous stories prepared for just such an occasion. Like how she bit a radioactive crêpe or fell into a vat full of dough. The problem is that nobody ever asked. They probably assumed her powers existed only in her head, the dolts! What do they know, after all? Well, they most certainly had it coming! She knew perfectly well how powerful she was. And the whole world will soon hear of Bulka Crustreaper and her unbread army!
