3D model description

Last christmas, I could not find any design that is appropriate to make and decorate with my girlfriend. So, I designed this "mini christmas tree" using Siemens NX. You can paint it like I did to make it look snowy or decorate with ornaments/lights. I hope you enjoy like we did!

Assembly,

1- Combine bottom and top parts of the tree trunk (you can glue them if you want but I didn't).

2- Place branches from 1 to 17 (number 1 is the largest so it is on the bottom). Every branch shrink fits where it should be on the trunk, that's why it is an easy process.

3- Finally put the christmas star on top, happy christmas!

3D printing settings

  • 32 cm height (when assembled including star)
  • 19 cm width

Notes about printing:

  • You can choose settings according to your filament, all parts are easy to print.

  • I added supports for branches but it maybe it can work without supports, I did not try.

  • If you have a larger printer than me and you want an even bigger christmas tree, you can try to scale everything. I wish I could try that :))
