3D model description

#PLANTERSXCULTS

Hi! That's not a toy...but you can play with it :-).
This pot has an archimedean screw that allows you to reuse the water collected at the bottom of the pot.
Just turn the handle in the right direction with slow rotation and water will flow again from the top of the pot.
With this pot you won't waste water!

Use images as reference where needed or I'm here for you.

Thanks for the interest and have a really nice day :-)

Ps:I've printed the Archimedean Pot on a second hand anet a6 with many prints on it's frame, so newer printers should rock printing on this.

3D printing settings

Print settings:
-Pot
layer 0.3 mm 2 perimeters minimum (if your filament has huge diameter dimension variations use more than 3 perimeters to assure watertightness) 15% infill max 50 mm/s (on the anet a6) no supports ( just ignore the print stability in Prusa slicer :-) )
time 9 h filament about 60 m
-Screw
Position it on the build plate with the hole upwards as shown in the pictures, add intelligent supports or box modifiers on the tip and the shaft of the screw
layer 0.2 mm 15% infill set support on build plate only and activate the brim
time 2 h 10 min filament 6 m
-Handle
layer 0.2 mm 15% infill set support on build plate only
time 11 min filament less than 1 m
-Pot cap
layer 0.2 mm 15% infill set support on build plate only and activate the brim
time 57 min filament 3.4 m

The assembly is easy, follow the steps:
1 insert the screw in the pot with the tip in it's support on the bottom of the pot (in the inner cavity)
2 use the cap to cover the screw and the pot
3 insert the handle on the screw shaft.

If needed, add a drop of glue on the handle if not printet tight.
