No more drying the silica sachets!!!!

I couldn't find any active drying project for the AMS so here it is. I created this so I can see the parts from the top well without having to remove or move the AMS and with the need to install an active filament drying system inside the AMS because I live near the sea and it's a very humid place.

This design fits perfectly with the AMS raising it 130mm, tests have been done prior to the final design.

The AMS cover has been raised so that the heater does not rub against the coils and to be able to put coils up to 206mm.

OPERATION

There is a main switch with a 1A fuse at the right rear and two side switches, one for the led light and one to turn on the drying system.

The thermostat can be regulated to turn on and off at a certain temperature (in my case I use 50Β°C).

The voltage regulator keeps the heater from getting too hot.

If we turn on the switch of the drying system the 4 fans will always work and the thermostat will turn on or off according to the reading temperature.

If you have another larger printer you can print the entire body (Body complete.step/stl) or the entire front bar (Front complete.step/stl).

There are no instructions because with the pictures you understand, just be careful with the internal wires of the AMS and its backplanes.
