Motorcycle blinker base for Turn Indicator T2705315,Triumph Daytona/Speed โ€‹โ€‹Triple/Sprint/Tiger 1050

After some time this part of the turn indicator tends to break, however spare parts are difficult to find at a good price and often needs time to be shipped (with additional costs) .. So I decided to design and print them in 3D in order to save money (a lot) and be able to repair the motorbike quickly.

  1. Unmount the indicator from the motorbike.
  2. Disassemble the indicator.
  3. Isolate the damaged support.
  4. Remove the Brass insert from the support.
  5. Print the new support in PETG or Hard TPU.
  6. Place the brass insert in the new part.
  7. Insert a little plastic tube of 8mm of diameter in the new part (to make support stable and let cable to pass.
  8. Assembly the indicator
  9. Remonut the indicator on the motorbike.

Note:Try to remove glass and lamp holder, disconnecting connectors behind the lamp instead of pull the cables to disconnect the connectors under the plate. In this way you don't need to remove the plate and disassembly the back of the motorcycle, saving a lot of time...

3D printing settings

TPU or PETG 100% infill.
Supports should be not required, I designed angles to avoid them as much as possible.
