I did more work on the other tokens to try and get a similar feel to the originals - but this one would have been difficult to execute so effectively all I have done is remix the above Catan City design by Merandey. It is sized and tagged for use with Dragon Masters / Mighty Empires and with a flagpole holder incorporated. I think it is good enough as a placeholder - because thankfully Merandey included enough detail on a Catan gamepiece (which are usually more stylized/abstract).

3D printing settings

tested - 21/09/2023 - Elegoo Saturn with water washable resin. This needs to be hollowed. The base is very close to the size and shape of the original piece, but it's much taller and cruder. The flagpole holder needed to be drilled out. I think this is good enough and I don't plan to do any more with the design unless people report problems.
