Butterfly knife from Counter Strike Global Offensive. Handles are all parted separately to make painting your skin of choice easier. The grips and the blade take the same paint when it comes to matching a skin. The handles often remain black.

If you make this and do a final paint job, please post it as a make to see what ever you come up with.
