Welcome to the 3D printed shark-shaped fish tank design! This unique and personalized design is an excellent option for those who want a one-of-a-kind and eye-catching fish tank in their home or office.

The tank features a remora on one side, which adds to its realistic appearance. Additionally, the acrylics on the front and back of the tank provide excellent visibility and allow for better observation of the fish and marine elements inside.

This design can be printed using either PLA or PETG filament, depending on your preference and needs.

In the pictures you can find the settings I used to print this two print tests. The pink one was printed in PET G and the gray one in PLA. In both cases I sprayed 5 thick coats with Rust-Oleum Ultra Cover 2x Clear Mate spray, you can find it on Amazon.

Then, I used 3mm or 1/8 acrylic pieces that I cut to fit the shape and size of the stencils files, you can cut the with laser cut or cut it by hand using a cutter or a jig saw.
Finally I glued the acrylics using window regular silicone, filling all the internal and external gaps between the print and the acrylics.
Leave it dry for at least 48 hrs and make some leakage tests before you put your fish in the tank.

In case you find internal leaks you can apply more sealant using a paint brush.
