Hi, I made some universal parts to build a DIY PC gaming steering wheel. The steering wheel can be placed on a table or attached to an adjustable holder. Among the STL files is a reduction for a classic steering wheel with "6x70" holes. The larger steering wheel has been modified complete with a box for 10 buttons (separate STL), this cannot be used with the small steering wheel.

I used the following parts for the build:
- approximately 30-40 M8 nuts
- 2 pieces M8 x 1m rod (it was cut)
- 2 pieces of M8 x 100mm screw
- 2 or 4 pieces of M8 x 50mm screw
- 1 piece of flexible CNC coupling 8mm to 5mm (for force feedback, not used yet)
- 1 piece of rod M16 x 210mm (with a hole inside if possible, made by a friend on a lathe)
- 2 pieces M16 plain nut
- 2 pieces of M16 self-locking nuts
- 1 piece M16 long nut
- 3 pieces bearing 16x27x7mm (16277-2RS)
- 1 piece of HTD 5M belt - length 295mm, width 12mm (the belt was cut into two pieces with a width of 6mm using the HTD_5M_cut_tool)
- 6 pieces of M5 x 50mm screws
- 6 pieces of M5 nuts

Optional parts:
- Arduino LEONARDO with JOYSTICK V2 library, or electronics of your choice.
- Potentiometer, or ARIPOT, for sensing position (5-turn aripot is a good choice for truck games > 1800 degrees).
- NEMA17 motor + electronics for feedback (not yet functional).
- 10 pieces of short buttons if you have a large call with adjustment. The hole for the buttons is 12mm.

This project is for personal, non-commercial use only! I'm sorry if I forgot something. The idea was clear at the beginning, but the assembly of the parts ended up being a bit different – they are universal parts for your own project.

Ahoj, vytvořil jsem několik univerzálních dílů, abych si mohl postavit DIY volant pro PC hry. Volant je možné položit na stůl, nebo jej uchytit na polohovatelný držák. Mezi STL soubory je redukce pro klasický volant s otvory „6x70“. Větší volant byl upraven doplněn krabicí pro 10 tlačítek (samostatné STL), to nelze použít s malým volantem.

Při stavbě jsem použil tyto díly:
- přibližně 30-40 matic M8
- 2 kusy M8 x 1m tyč (bylo to rozříznuto)
- 2 kusy šroubu M8 x 100mm
- 2 nebo 4 kusy šroubu M8 x 50mm
- 1 kus pružné CNC spojky 8mm do 5mm (pro force feedback, není zatím použito)
- 1 kus tyč M16 x 210mm (s dírou uvnitř pokud to jde, vyrobeno u kamaráda na soustruhu)
- 2 kusy M16 obyčejná matice
- 2 kusy M16 samo jistící matice
- 1 kus M16 dlouhá matice
- 3 kusy ložisko 16x27x7mm (16277-2RS)
- 1 kus řemen HTD 5M - délka 295mm, šířka 12mm (řemen byl pomocí HTD_5M_cut_tool rozříznut na dva kusy s šířkou 6mm)
- 6 kusů šroubů M5 x 50mm
- 6 kusů matic M5

Volitelné díly:
- Arduino LEONARDO s JOYSTICK V2 knihovnou, nebo tebou zvolená elektronika.
- Potenciometr, nebo ARIPOT, pro snímání polohy ( aripot 5 otáček je dobrá volba pro truck hry > 1800 stupňů).
- NEMA17 motor + elektronika pro zpětnou vazbu (ještě není funkční).
- 10 kusů krátkých tlačítek pokud máš velký volat s úpravou. Díra pro tlačítka je 12mm.

Tento projekt je pouze pro vlastní, nekomerční využití! Omlouvám se, pokud jsem něco zapomněl. Myšlenka byla na začátku jasná, ale sestavení dílů nakonec dopadlo trochu jinak – jsou to univerzální díly pro vlastní projekt.

I printed with a 0.5mm nozzle on a 300x300mm plate. I had 4 layers for all the walls.

CZ:
Já tiskl s tryskou 0.5mm na desku 300x300mm. Pro všechny stěny jsem měl 4 vrstvy.
