3D model description

Why buy the original replacement part, when you can print it with leftover rainbow filament?
Upgrade your old touratech cases with these corners, or use these as replacement if you break them. Fits great, if not better than the original. Fits the old and the new Zega top cases, the new side cases with the strips at the bottom don't work with this one though, but those wouldn't fit in a regular printer anyway.
Modeled from scratch, but based on the original part, with some minor differences.

For the top case, use the simmetrical bottom corner, for the panniers, use the inner and outer corner STL-s. Don't forget to mirror the files in your slicer!

For a top case you need:
4x Top_corner
4x Bottom_corner_simmetrical

For a side case you need:
4x Top_corner
1x Bottom_corner_outer
1x Bottom_corner_outer mirrored
1x Bottom_corner_inner
1x Bottom_corner_inner mirrored

Assembly:
You can drill off the original rivets with a 5.5-6mm bit easily (try from the inside, you only need to get the flange off, then push out the rivet), then use M4x12mm flange head torx screws and M4 flanged locknuts if you want the original look, or any other screw, I'm not your dad. Make sure you put O-rings or some caulk/silicone under the screw, otherwise it won't be waterproof. Optionally you can use some VHB tape for the top corners, just how the original uses them.

3D printing settings

Print with any rigid material (you can use TPU, but it will need extra double sided tape to secure it), but stay away from PLA, it gets brittle outdoors. I printed them with carbon fiber PETG, that gave it a nice matte look.
Print in the original orientation with supports.

I managed to get 2 panniers worth of corners from 1kg of filament.
