A Torsen (short for "torque sensing") differential is a type of differential used in automobiles to distribute torque between the left and right wheels.

The Torsen differential is designed to distribute torque between the wheels by utilizing a series of gears that are arranged in a specific way. In a typical Torsen differential, the gears are arranged in such a way that when one wheel loses traction, the torque is automatically transferred to the other wheel. This results in better traction and handling for the vehicle, particularly in challenging driving conditions such as snow or mud.

This model allows for easy visualization of its entire mechanism, providing a simpler way to understand how it works. It also serves as a fun mechanism to have and play with.

To assemble this model, you only need super glue; no additional tools are required. All measurements have been developed for an easy fit, so it's only necessary to glue the different parts together.
