3D model description

The Original ChalkGripz is a fast and easy 3D print for 23mm round chalk sizes but an easy re-size in your slicer and it fits ANY round chalk!

ChalkGripz are the over engineered chalk holder design for children of all ages.

Chalk simply inserts into the ChalkGripz and then you can use it like a pencil. Small hands will love the soft round edges that allow you to get a good grip on the chalk without getting your hands dirty.

Each grip uses pressure and small Gripz inside the model that grip the chalk with ease.

A round hole in the bottom allows you to easily push out any remaining chalk.

One print that you will use 5 walls/perimeters with 20% gyroid infill. Use a .2 layer height for a faster print. Also use inside to outside wall ordering to have better overhangs on the bottom.

This prints in about an 1.25 hours with Klipper.

When it comes to hardware, I rely heavily on Bambu Lab 3D printers. My A1 Mini https://rb.gy/uofj5 is a staple in my office, while my fleet of X1C Carbons https://rb.gy/9r2az ensures rapid and high-quality production.
