3D model description

This is an ooze blocker for the Tenlog IDEX machines. Mine is a TL-D3, but I would think the holes and extruder parking places are the same for all Tenlog IDEX machines. I used 3mm x 20mm length screws with some custom cut, light weight springs. Those should be easy to find at the hardware store, Harbor Freight , or Amazon.
The orange pad is cut from a large silicon t shirt printing pad. You can find them cheap on Amazon. Just search for silicon heat press pad. I also used thing number 5408177 with Nyloc nuts for the adjustment knobs. I printed this in PETG. I suggest not using PLA for the pad holder. It will melt from being close to the hotend.

PLEASE NOTE...

In PrusaSlicer go to the Printer settings and for each extruder set "Retraction when tool is disabled" to 20mm. This retracts the material out of the melt zone. No ooze shield. No prime/wipe tower. Also delete any gcode that is set in "Custom gcode", "Toolchange Gcode". It is not needed.
