3D model description

A 3D printable gear for HP 9013 & 9023 Printers, this gear normally breaks causing the service station to not move at all rendering the printer completely useless with giving an error such as "Printhead cannot move", personally had this issue with my own printer so i designed a solution after being charged 65$ for repairs.

3D printing settings

  • DO NOT CHANGE SIZE * after several prototypes, this gear should be a perfect fit.

Nozzle = 0.4mm

Layer height = 0.16mm

printing temp = 190 - 200c

build plate adhesion = Raft

(Please note that if you're using normal PLA and you go above 200c, it will cause the gear to be slightly more brittle and it will fail again, try to stay in the recommended printing temp if you're using normal PLA)
