3D model description

my previous version of this was great but suffered one fatal flaw. it was wider that the barrel cut out and while it would hop nicely would not allow for the use or super heavy bbs you could wind all you wanted but it would reach a point where it would make contact with the barrel and go no further.

this version remidies this by using a simpler concave design. It is actually angled so there is the most possible contact area along the entire hop bucking ( https://gyazo.com/321564b4c86f117cf9a95333caa7896c ) and removes a sudden impact caused by the first part of the arm to contact the bb being very slightly higher than the rest of the arm (due to angles ...)

i have found even better consistency with this version than the previous iteration, however it does require more work and supports are required unfortunatly. if printed on its side there is minimal sanding required but still more than the previous version.

UPDATE I have added 4 new versions, one with a reinforcement to the section that makes contact with the hop screw and another one that doesn't have space for a compression nub. the other 2 are the same but with contact area that protrudes out more (these 2 are untested and might be at the wrong angle)

disclaimer: this is designed for the stock hop up chamber and is not a standalone part, it requires something compressible and elastic to go between the hop screw and arm (this is true for the first 2 versions). this is designed for use with maple leaf autobot and desepticon buckings and compatible barrels. use with other brands and barrels may vary.
