3D model description

Low-Profile gas block with no front sight mount featuring picattiny rails to be mounted in ar-15 platformed airsoft guns. Better fits with RIS handguad installed for the installation of flip-up sights or red dot without the interference of the standard front sight. Post-printing finishings are severely recommended, such as refreshing the holes with appropriate drill bits and some filing for it to better slide in the gun's barrel. Refresh all smaller holes with a 3mm drill bit, for the gas tube hole use 5mm drill bit.

3D printing settings

In cura use hole horizontal expansion of 0.15-0.2 mm. Layer height 0.16 mm and 100% infill for better mechanical resistance. Recommended to lay down the picattiny rail surface in the printing bed and print in this orientation, supports recommended to the larger holes inside which slides the gun's barrel. For the smaller holes avoid supports.
