3D model description

Solar filter holder for foils (such as Baader D5), but probably also works for sheets. Designed to fit 125x125mm foil without need for cutting.

This holder is designed for ±110mm dew shields (110.5mm diameter). Two lid versions are available, one flat with 104mm aperture and one with 94mm aperture and an additional ring for 100mm dust caps with secondary smaller apertures (mostly older telescopes).

ATTENTION!
Attach rings of soft, slghtly compressable material to both foil clamping sides of the holder (the insides) to minimise or eliminate light bleed. I used 2mm felt for my holder, attached with a glue gun.
