3D model description

How did 3D Print Pixel come about. At work I had to make a button with 32x32 pixels there and then it originated in my head and I started working it out in 3D. I work with Top Solit Wood program for making CNC files. Made a few Proof 3D Print Pixels and got a better understanding of how to put it together. I also found out that blocks would also make something, but then the pieces are against each other and 3D printing is not that great. There is 2mm space between each block. It is also easy to assemble the blocks for people with fat fingers. I wish everyone success in making 3D Print Pixel Art.

I have now made the first The Stig. The size of The Stig i 60x60 cm with 2304 pieces. To get started, first print out the base plates and then start printing the blocks. I print the blocks 150 sts at a time. You can choose the colors you want to use for the 3D print Pixels Art. I have made each image separately on PDF so that you can easily insert it. I do it myself first on the pre-lay plate and then I will finally glue it on the base plate. I do the gluing with PVC glue with which you also glue the Rain pipe and the drain. After you have put in all the pieces, print out the round discs and the Frame to assemble it, see PDF where you have to glue everything.
